Mission | Our mission is to provide the youth of Oxford and neighboring communities with a fun-filled, educational program using the activities of football and cheer leading to promote friendship, teamwork and a healthy physical lifestyle. | | The Oxford Jr. Wildcats announce the formation of Varsity level football and cheer programs for 2010.Varsity teams in the NYFL are generally 7th and 8th grade students, ages 12, 13 and 14 years old (if not 15 before Dec. 1st, 2010). Please bring the OJW 2010 registration package and the 2010 NYFL card filled out for each participating athlete, with a copy of their birth certificate. | Got Turf? | As you may heard,members of the Oxford Community have come together in order to raise private funds towards the instalation of a synthetic turf field at Oxford High School. As parents of footbal players and cheerleaders, your kids will of course benefit directly from this effort, and if they grow up to play more than one sport or march in the band, chances are that they will continue to benefit throughout their middle school and high school years. You may help in two different ways,
